We started Rebel Chefs with a simple goal: to offer Greek organizations the highest quality food, customer service, and overall experience at an affordable rate. Our passion for food, dedication to customer service, and being a chef run, local company allow us to outperform our competitors in all areas of service and at modest pricing.
We offer a wide variety of dishes to satisfy every taste bud. From classic comfort food to exotic flavors from around the world, our menus change WEEKLY and have something for everyone. We also cater to all dietary restrictions and allergies!
Rebel Chefs offers custom tailored services to fit your organization's specific needs; whether you need a single chef to lead your crew or a whole team, we've got you covered. For our full service accounts, we staff the kitchen, write the menus, order, prep, and cook the food, and do all the cleanup in the kitchen. All you have to do is tell us what you want to eat! :)
Through our mobile site ( used as an app, saved on your smartphone home screen) members can view the weekly menu, request late plates, rate meals, and leave anonymous feedback for the Chefs!
As a courtesy to our full service clients, we offer special event planning and service for 2 events per academic year at no additional cost. And we're happy to do more! We also love to cater other things, like tailgating events, receptions, birthday parties, etc.:

My name's Zak Tillotson. After a few years of working for out-of-state collegiate food service companies, I realized that things could be done better here at home, so I branched out to start Rebel Chefs in 2021. Fresh ingredients, above and beyond customer service, and the best menus on the block, guaranteed.
Chef Gerrica ( GeGe ) has been rockin' and rollin' at Delta Tau Delta since August of 2023 and brings years of fraternal food service experience to the team!
